VHP - the Nation’s laughing stock!
VHP comes out very regularly with hilarious comments that remind me of living in a pig sty!
Acharya Dharmendra, a VHP leader, has now criticized Sania Mirza and accused her of destroying the institution of marriage with her comments.
Sania Mirza said “it was not others’ business to decide whether she wears a six inches or a six feet long dress in the tennis court.”
Dharmendra has said that Sania should not have made such a comment - is VHP Mirza’s official fashion designer? What right does anybody have to say what Sania Mirza should wear anywhere - is India not democratic any more?
And how does the dress Sania wear destroy marriage? I just can’t see the connection…can you? Marriage has been a social institution since time immemorial; if the society does not need it anymore, it will eschew it of its own accord. It does not need Sania’s recommendations for that, nor VHP’s!
And this comes in the heels of the RSS leader, KS Sudarshan’s remarks that Hindus should have at least three children if not more. And Dharmendra supports it.
I really can’t believe these people. Are VHP and RSS planning to destroy India? Do they have any hidden anti-India agenda?
Even a fool knows that India has a bigger population than it can support - there are millions of poor and starving people on our streets. At such a juncture, how can RSS/VHP encourage more births?
It would be right indeed if the RSS/VHP asked the Muslims to control their reproductive urge. It is actually the Govt’s responsibility, but when our Govt. just sucks up to every whim and fancy of the Muslims, then I don’t see anything wrong in RSS/VHP advocating family planning to them.
Indeed, big families and ensuing poverty are problems for the Muslim community and it will only improve their social standing if they appreciated smaller families.
Lastly, there are many problems in the Hindu community vis-a-vis the Muslim community. For instance, Hindu women are not as educated as their Muslim sisters.
In such a condition, there are a lot of avenues to improve the Hindu society in India for RSS/VHP instead of suggesting such retrograde measures as overpopulation!

Well Definitely by speaking out these kind of crap there is in no way RSS is improving there public image . I mean common we indians are not an illeterate lot any more, we have our minds and we know what is wrong and what is not . Who the hell are these people to tell us what we should do. Instead I am more concerned about the media who unnecessaryily publicizing such events . there is a hell lot of better things to publish than such craps . And also by uttering out such comments now and then they are making a negative impression of indian democracy in the eyes of the other nations.
I only hope that our petty politics come of age now. I am fed up of the quality of remarks made by Indian leaders these days and I only pray to god that thses people grow up of there childhood
I see a lot of foolish, anti-Hindu and anti-India views in this posts. It is these kind of anti-hindu and anti-India people (pretending to be pro-Hindus and Indians) are the real threats that India and Hindus must defeat.

I think VHP/RSS is not wrong when they say that Hindus should procreate more. I understand, and so do they, that India’s big problem is population growth, but let me give you another perspective. Muslims procreate left and right. Our nation today has 12% of mullah population. If the mullahs continue spawning their kind, our country would soon have double the muslims. With 12% of their kind if we are in such a big havoc, what might happen if they double or triple by say 2030-2040? To counter their force (political, sociological, economical), I agree with VHP/RSS that Hindus should procreate. If the Govt. does something to stymie the Mullah population growth, believe me we would not have to procreate as much. So get the context of RSS/VHP right, my friend.

The whole country has gone crazy. Muslim ppl please stop making so many babies - the country is already in trouble. Hindus you need to stop too. I wish there were more gays lesbians in this country - that would help.
