Communist strike protesting reforms and progress
It is such a irony that the Comrades call themselves “progressive”! If they are so hell-bent against reform and progress, what right do they have over the term?
I guess it is just a trap to attract the youth. I am still young of age, and as said by somebody I really can’t remember now, India is perhaps the only country where men bypass the Communist attraction of youth. Look at our Communist leaders - they are leading with one foot in the grave!
Coming to the point of this post - which is today’s strike all over India, widely reported in BBC and elsewhere as successful and near-total.
Kerala, the strike-capital of India, was virtually shutdown in many spheres of life today. And this is because leftist trade unions are opposed to economic reform and privatizing airports.
Agreed that capitalism is not going to take us to Utopia, but neither is communism - look at China! China is the only communist country in the world - except its name, the country is totally capitalist. It is only because India is democratic that the leftists even get the chance to strike and voice their opinion. In China they would be fired from all sides by their own army!

i was curious to know why all these commies are reffered to as left parties hmm let me have a go may be all of the communists are left handed or may be there brains have left them a long time ago or may be even coz they want want india to be LEFT behind while all other countries are riding on progression and development through reforms “i dont think that these morons have heard before that reforms are part of life as nothing in this world is perfect but it always keep getting better and reforms are the answer for it
