So, after days of bitter fighting, speculating and rumor-mongering, the fight has been suspended. I dare say only suspended because neither Ganguly nor Chappell has been dismissed – I thought and hoped that the former would be…

So Ganguly has been behaving rather irresponsibly by altering the team order and other important things in the last minute damaging the team’s morale. Also, his captaincy is losing its initial lustre, and it is time.

Chappell has wildly accused Ganguly of feigning injury! That is utterly ridiculous of a coach – to accuse his own captain of something so trivial and personal.

So, BCCI at last woke up from its sleep after days of shouting by various cricketing personalities. I’m amazed that it took them so long to muster Ganguly and Chappell into a room to discuss things.

And BCCI have announced that decisions will be made purely on performance – let’s watch out for some in the near future. I fear that there could be some major shake-up of the team, which is necessary in my opinion.

So Ganguly and Chappell have been forced to shake hands – when are they going to fight next, and what about?
