Yay!! Advani is going to resign!
At long last, after months of bickering and in-fighting in the BJP, Advani has seen light. He is perhaps the worst leader of BJP in its history. What is wrong if Khurana called him a dictator - did he not, without the support of other party members, expel Khurana for his outspokenness?
If it is wrong to disagree with party policies openly, then BJP is not going to attract any youth into its fold.
I mean, look at Rahul Gandhi - he is the example of the other extreme! He goes around crying foul of senior members of Congress itself and sobs that his voice is not respected. On the contrary, Congressmen have already begun to fall at his feet and lick his boots, trying hard to impress him. After all he is going to be their next leader, it’s a Gandhi family trademark!
Coming back to Advani, any guesses or hopes for the next leader?? Arun Shourie, Pramod Mahajan, or shall we have our “firebrand” Uma Bharati?
