Total posts 25(Genl-17, SC-5, SC-3). Total 28 employees were declared pass in th written test and was called for interview. 5 SC candidates were in from 1-17SN and one SC candidates was at 26 SN. Result declared on 24.12.2009 by Generla Manager(P), Northern Railway Baroda House, New Delhi. five SC CANDIDATES are treated as General candidates and declared passed. Total 17 employees were declared passed. One post of SC was filled as five SC candidates treated as General candidates. The post of 4 SC candidates and 3 post of ST candidates was carried forward. No ST candidates was passed in the written exam. There is great apathy and disturbance among General candidates who has not been declared passed What should be the line of action of General candidates. I strongly believe, that if the government has to do something about the upliftment of the poorer and backward strata of the society...it has to be done at the grassroot level....We can provide free education at schools to these people, provide them with books, good teaching faculty, and not just that---the Government also has to ensure that the teachers attend schools regularly...Because it has been seen, that all those people with Government jobs, be it teachers,or others working in government establishments take their jobs for granted...THERE is absolutely NO VIGILANCE to see that these people attend their respective offices, or even do their duties effectively...what results is that INDIA STILL SADLY REMAINS TO BE a developing country.....
