i must say i am Glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better. I see that the pirate theme is back!
While I was in Disney World, I got a chance to ride the new revamped Pirates of the Carribean (sp?).
It was really cool how they worked Captain Jack Sparrow into the ride.
They even had a guy dressed up as him outside the ride giving tips on how to be a pirate.
The kids seem to love that character

Good idea...if it works well...
but why the previous nationalised policies were ineffective? Textile policy ..led to closure of Mills and everyone is aware of the current status of power , Banking & PDS sectors. Nothing great can be achieved as long as our elected members make policies from the cities.

Farmers suicide and the deficits of the farm sector are, after all, not a recent eruption, they have been cumulating a while, in fact, since before the UPA government assumed power. Sankarshan Thakur’s piece in Tehelka gives an interesting prespective about why the government has been quick and eager to explain the mechanics of a rising growth rate, it appears lost on why agriculture remains shuttered from the benefits of a galloping economy. Must read…http://www.tehelka.com/story_main18.asp?filename=Ne071506Party_on.asp

But I really don't think that nationalization of farmland will solve anything, it will only lead to worse corruption. Our farmers need to be educated on shifting to GM crops, organic farming, cash crops, drought-resistant crops etc. and these seeds and know-how need to be distributed freely and this is where the govt. could contribute perhaps through NGOs.

<strong>Saving Indian Farmers from Death and Destruction...</strong>

I agree with Mr. Babu 100% that something needs to be done immediately to save the Indian poor farmers.
